Danish Modern is the international collectiv name for the Scandinavian design-boom, which took place from the middle of the last century. The 1950th and the 1960th forms the time framework of a modern culmination in design and manufacture of furniture.
Danish Furniture Control was the guarantee for durability, while Hans J. Wegner, Arne Jakobsen, Finn Juhl and many others were the guarantee for modern design with roots in a solid tradition of craftmanship.

The most essentiel background for CC Danish Modern is the pleasure at good design and particularly the passion for Danish furniture, which although manufactured in a near past already bear the name of classics.
